Trees Through A Window at Robert Frost Cabin
Many people don't know that Robert Frost had a summer cabin in Ripton, Vermont where the legendary poet wrote during the summer months. The cabin has been preserved as a historical site and is still used by Middlebury College's Bread Loaf Writers' Conference. It is an easy walk to the cabin along an old farm road lined with low stone walls. The cabin is closed up but you can peek through the windows and I photographed this looking through one window looking towards the window on the opposite side. I loved the patterns of the trees beyond and imagining the great poet looking out this window in the past.
